Xiao Jun Liao Xiao Jun Liao He is a professor at the College of Food Sciences and Food Engineering of the Chinese Agricultural University, currently engaged in teaching and research in the field of food industry. He is a member of the Chinese Institute of Food Science and Technology, as well as IFSET (Food Science and New Technologies) and tcsae (Proceedings of the Chinese Society of Agricultural Engineering) in the editorial office. His research interests are new technologies, food industry, including membrane separation, high-pressure processing, high-pressure CO2. Prof. Liao was responsible for more than 10 national projects as a coordinator. The perspective of food quality and safety, which assesses the quality of the consequences of this life - fruit and vegetable products and their bactericidal effect, as well as possible mechanisms associated with these effects. According to the results of his research work, about 200 peer-reviewed publications have been published.
