Peter Fryer Peter Fryer Chemical engineer by education, 1994. he was a professor of Chemical Engineering at Birmingham. His current research interests are Sanitary Engineering, heat transfer and structure formation in food, as well as the development of more efficient energy use. He was director of the Birmingham compositional centre, which brings together research on structured products in a range of sectors including food processing, HPC, pharmaceuticals, agrochemicals and aerospace.
